A refined fusion of premium white balsamic vinegar (from Chardonnay grapes) and our signature slow-aged Noosa Black Garlic - gently sweet, lightly tangy and layered with umami depth. Whisk into dressings, drizzle over Turkish bread or sourdough, use in ceviche or cured prawns, or finish salads, roasted vegetables and grilled seafood.
